ABOUT US Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) transforms the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual at a time. We are focused on whole-person wellness, available to ALL in Central Ohio who need it, regardless of ability to pay!  In 2019 alone, we served over 12,000 patients - with 40% being uninsured - and totaled 50,000+ medical encounters! Operating out of seven locations, we offer medical care (primary care, dental, vision, OB/GYN, telehealth), behavioral and psychiatric care, a low-cost pharmacy, nutritional assistance programs, and more. Working hours are Monday - Friday (varies by location 7:30-4:30, 8-5, 8:30-5:30) with occasional Saturday morning coverage. JOB SUMMARY / DUTIES: Primarily responsible for the upkeep of external and internal environment of all LLCHC sites.  Engages in light and preventative maintenance of interior and exterior structures and building property. Coordinates with vendors and outside entities involved in facility and property management for LLCHC, as directed.  Works closely with the Facilities Manager by serving as the primary coordinator in the conduct of day-to-day facilities operations and support activities.
