Need to remove the awnings windows and replace them with double hung. minor demo, minor framing. All materials on site. looking for this weekend. or ASAP I can demo and do all of the work. back is tweaked and the permitted time is on the clock. Also may need help demo a tub and shower surround. 25$ hour. will negotiate based on skill and experience.
