We are looking for experienced window and door installers. (2 or 3 man crew is fine) 1) Must be insured with work comp and liability 2) must have reliable transportation with insurance 3) must have truck our trailer 4) must have own tools and ladders JOB DUTIES 1) measure your own jobs within 2 days of receiving ( we pay a measure fee ) 2) pick up and transport product's from warehouse to job 3) install products, clean up and collect if necessary 4) must be able to work on 2nd and 3rd floor homes 5) must have good attitude to keep customer happy 6) must be able to problem solve on the job 7) must not take short cuts behind a paying customers back 8) must be able to service your own jobs if there is a problem 9) must be honest and loyal, sticky fingers will be prosecuted 10) YOU MUST BE HEALTHY AND STRONG ENOUGH TO DO THE JOB ( no drama ) 11) must be able to handle large and small jobs in all areas ( 60 mile radius ) You get Paid the day you finish the job and customer signs completion of satisfaction form. We are very loyal and supportive to our contractors, we expect the same in return. You must have other dealers you work for and be willing to comfortably take on another company while keeping your quality of work high We pay higher than most respond back with email
