Seeking info on work in exchange 4 housing

Does anyone know of a place where someone can live in exchange for housing. I mean a resort / hotel type place like club med, cruise lines or cleaning a home in exchange for housing or even house sitting. I’m a gay male, 45, no drugs or alcohol. I’ve worked for many years in the service industry as a waiter/ bartender and in the last few years as a home health aide. I’m currently living in a rather homophobic situation with family and looking to see what options are out there that anyone can share ? I won’t reply to unnecessary emails asking for my pics or crazy stuff.. pls only reply with actual info that I can pursue thank you
