Need 3 ceiling lights installed

I need three cieling lights installed. One is an attic room the other is in a hallway next to the attack room and the third cieling light is a 2nd small attack room. All three cieling lights are very close together and would require wiring through the wall as well as switches. My budget for this is $350.00. On going work would follow after that as I manage 8 apartment rentals across three homes.
