QRS and QFPS services the Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania area. -A Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician is a good opportunity for a motivated, hard working individual, looking for a career in a stable industry. -The Exhaust Cleaning Technician works as part of the team that provides exhaust cleaning for systems that gather grease in the ductwork and exhaust systems in businesses such as schools, restaurants, hotels, medical facilities and other establishments with commercial kitchens. -The Crew Leader manages a crew of technicians, fills out job checklists on site, confirms jobs and communicates with his crew what time they need to leave for a scheduled job, so time management skills are necessary. Job Description: Power wash kitchen exhaust systems; including hoods, ducts, filters and exhaust fans. Set-up and tear down all equipment at the job site; including hanging plastic sheeting, securing ladders and wiping down stainless steel exposures. Operate cleaning equipment; such as wet/dry vacuums, high pressure hoses, and pre-sprayers. Maintain and immediately report any deficiencies of equipment. Clean commercial kitchen equipment at the site, as well as install items such as hinges, grease boxes, drip trays etc. Maintain proper documentation for all work performed. Ex: complete checklists on site as well as take pictures for documentation for ourselves as well as our customers. Qualifications: A current and valid driver’s license Work efficiently as part of a team to assure the work can be completed during a specified window of time Portray excellent customer service by thorough communication with the customers Be able to represent the company in a professional manner on the job, as well as on the way to job sites in company vehicles Great time management skills Work schedule is primarily Sunday through Thursday Night-time availability may be required depending on position Paid 40 hour weeks Benefits and paid time off offered Great opportunity for advancement within the company
