Laundry Attendant (Greensboro) Laundry Unlimited is a modern full-service laundry company that utilizes the latest technologies to provide a first-in-class solution to our customer's laundry needs. Laundry Unlimited features a self-serve laundromat, we offer Wash-Dry-Fold drop-off services, corporate laundry services, and laundry delivery services. Laundry Unlimited utilizes an industry-leading Customer App that allows our customers to pay for goods and services using our Mobile App or our in-store kiosks. Who you are As a Laundromat Attendant, you have a passion for customer success. You bring attention to detail and accountability to the table each and every shift. You’re a top-notch communicator, preferably in English and Spanish. You’re a salesperson, a self-starter, and are ready to learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold process, as well as other services offered. Lastly, you'll need to maintain a very clean and neat store at all times. What you'll get as a Laundromat Attendant This role starts at $11.00 per hour. Also, our laundry attendants receive a portion of our wash-dry-fold revenue, tips, and free laundry for employees! Currently, we are hiring for part-time positions in Greensboro, North Carolina (Coliseum Area). You'll work from the best Laundromat facility in the city! We have a clean, modern laundromat that is temperature-controlled and uses the latest touch screen technologies. Weekly pay every Friday Job Requirements of a laundromat attendant Some basic retail store technology experience includes the ability to assist customers with smartphone apps, setting up customer accounts using an Ipad, working with touch screen kiosks, the basic point of sale transactions, etc. Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus Positive attitude and polished appearance Previous customer-facing experience preferred Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts and stay active General cleaning knowledge and abilities
