31yr female I’m up bored and looking for someone fun to hang out with and get to know Drummer here. I'm trying to start a jazz/funk kind of band. The goal for now is to get together a couple times a month with like-minded musicians and play some songs and jam a bit. Have fun. Mostly instrumentals and maybe a little singing.Looking for a third roommate (not a band) to join our very nice practice space in Soundspace. This is an ideal space for music production, DJs, or instrumentalists looking for a place to practice. We are two friends who've been space mates for many years with an established trust and maturity. The room is primarily used for personal practice with very little band rehearsal. The building is accessible 24/7 and we use the space 2-4 times a week at the most! There is also the potential to join the lease. We can discuss this further if necessary.Professional tuba player new to the area. Looking for holiday gigs that need a tuba player. Quintet, church gigs, chamber groups, large ensembles - whatever is available, I don't have a preference. I just love playing and helping out, and I need some gigs this holiday season so that would be appreciated too.
