MUST have experience!!! We stripe, seal, and thermo asphalt on the road and in parking lots. We're looking for someone with experience with those functions. If you have experience in one of those we can train the rest of the way. Thermo experience is a huge plus! This is a small company and there will be room to grow with us as we expand. You will need to lead a team. You will need to be able to lay out parking lots, so math is essential, common sense even more so. Familiarity with DOT and ADA is a big plus. Must have valid license. We typically work daytime M-F, but nights and weekends are a must sometimes. Most of our work is local but we do travel throughout Florida when necessary. Pay is based on experience.
