FGS is looking for a full-time paint booth operator, where their primary role would be clear coating signage within the working hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Overtime available when demand requires additional labor. Pay is based on experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate that is willing to learn the industry.
Job Description:
-Prepare signage for paint or clearcoat application
-Set up, operate, clean and maintain spray guns, and paint booth as needed.
-Organize and track material usage, and be capable of ordering more supplies as needed without oversite.
-Must follow proper safety protocols, and use proper PPE (respirator provided by FGS).
-Will be cross trained in other production area’s as well to fill in where needed when paint booth activity is slow, along with doing company deliveries in a company vehicle.
-Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic, along with being self-driven.
-Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
-must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs without help.
