We are looking for skilled Maintenance/ Rehab workers to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. We are a Mobile Home Management Company with various Offices in The Tampa area, a day in the life of one of our maintenance or rehab team member can consist of evaluating and or repairing/replacing A/C window units & stove and also repairing or replacing flooring, these are just examples of what you can expect.
Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job.
The ideal candidates will have experience and solid technical knowledge.
**Requirements are:
*Must have your own means of transportation(private vehicle)
*Must have your own tools (drill, saw, screw-driver set,, basic tools)
