Cleanslate is actively recruiting a Line Operator for our Production team. Cleanslate is a leading provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions to the institutional, commercial, and retail markets since 2004. Competitive pay – Biweekly basis Health/Dental/Vision/401K and Paid Time off Description: - Verifies work orders and prepares line in timely manner. - Labels finished goods with WMS system scanner. - Ensure tanks, hoses, equipment are immaculate and flushed prior to next order no exceptions. - Ensure each order operates at appropriate line speed for individual products no exceptions. - Follows SOP’s, GMP, and safety guidelines. - Transfer products using pumps from one vessel to another. - Always maintains safe and sanitary workstation no exceptions. - Complies with all procedures, rules, regulations and safety requirements. - General understanding of OSHA. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing production requirements. - Always minimizes downtime of line. - Shrink wrap pallets and move to shrink wrap machine. - Works alongside batching team to come up with a schedule of upcoming orders. Requirements: - Working alongside chemicals (1 year experience). - Able to read, write, & speak English. Spanish as a secondary language is a plus. - Able to do basic math. - Knowledge of mechanical equipment and resolve minor problems without involving a mechanic. - Ability and experience with operating a forklift and working a line operation. - Previous line operator experience preferred - Ability to work well with others. - Highly dependable, reliable, has sense of urgency, and keen attention to detail. - Ability to lift and carry at least 75 lbs. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Other additional duties as required.
