Fix sunroom / Greenhouse glass

Looking to repair and fix a moisture humidity problem that is occurring with a sunroom / greenhouse. Moisture leaks down into wall supporting glass and creates mold. See attached pictures. Might need to replace the glass. Glass specs are: Hbi Arm-r-clad Safety tempered Ansi z97.I-1984 16CFR 1201-CII 17BU 34
