The 31st Annual Bill Kloos Traffic Bowl is returning to being held in-person for 2022. Join us for socializing, dinner, and watching schools from around the region test their transportation knowledge. General Timeline: • 6:00 PM - Doors Open for Socializing • 6:45 PM - Dinner Served • 7:00 PM - Event Begins Complimentary parking will be provided at the Portland DoubleTree.
