This Men Allies for Gender Equity workshop will equip men to serve as effective allies for gender equity in STEM settings. This workshop is for male Marquette University faculty only.It is structured as an interactive conversation with opportunities to learn, ask questions, and practice skills through scenario-based exercises. It will utilize a men-only in-person format, which helps promote candid discussions and safe conversation spaces for the target male audience.
