Keeping properties clean using blower, brooms and ride on Sweepers. Cleaning out of Self Storage Units, Replacing Lights, Painting, Tape/Bed/Texture, Installing flooring, Light framing & Trim work, Light Plumbing, Light Electrical, Fence building, Operate Skid Steer, Sheet Metal & Trim Repair, Lawn Equipment Repair, etc. Must be able to get on Roofs. Must be able to lift over 40lbs. Must have Drivers License with no DUI's. We do not expect someone to have all of these skills. We have locations in Rockwall, Royse City, Terrell, Forney and Wills Point. This is Year around work, includes Health insurance, PTO Days and Vacation Time.
