We are looking for an International Shipping Specialist associate for a company in Richardson, TX. Job Duties include: • Sort and process shipments including receiving deliveries, data entering, arrange flight schedules. • Schedule shipment pickup and plan logistics to ensure the shipment arrive the destination. • Keep records of all received and shipped shipment in complaint with government regulations. • Handle and trouble shoot issues during shipping. • Report to management and supervisors/ maintain accurate information. • Coordinate shipping with other branches • Move packages • Package, weight, label shipments with matching paperwork. • Facility colleagues to complete shipping by daily trucking cut off time. • Other duties assignment Qualifications : • High school or equivalent. * EVERIFY. * Must pass background check. • 1 year of international shipping experience. • Proficient with word, excel, outlook. *Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. *Good math skills. *Ability to work full-time Language: • Fluently speak, read, and write English (required) This is a 1st shift position M-F 9am-6pm or 8am to 5pm and it pays $20/hr.
