Wanted: musician roommate

I’m a professional drummer and audio tech 39 years old with a dog. I’m renting a house in South Buffalo (2 floors - 3 bedrooms) where I will have my home audio/video studio setup. Looking for another musician to rent out the extra room, and yes that person would be able to use shared studio space and hold rehearsals at the house. I figured I’d post here first because renting to another musician would be maximally beneficial to both parties. $800/month with utilities included. Info will be forwarded to serious inquiries and I’d prefer to meet in person to get to know any potential roommates before we agree on the place. I can afford this myself and am only looking to rent the extra room to save money, so I am in no hurry to secure a roommate and am happy to spend the necessary time to vet and find someone who I will get along with and have a positive living situation.
