The 2022 Jacksonville's Longest Table Dinner is on Wednesday, Nov. 16 The Longest Table is a meal shared with neighbors at a dinner table that stretches more than 600 feet along Independent Drive to foster conversation and build relationships across economic, racial, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. The 2019 dinner drew more than 700 people from across Jacksonville for the open-air meal downtown.  This year's dinner will be organized by zones, with boxed dinners available for attendees. We encourage you to sit with someone you don't already know!   Zone 1 restaurant - bb's (meal contains: dairy, egg, soy & wheat) Zone 2 restaurant - The Cookbook (meal contains: dairy; gluten-free option available) Zone 3 restaurant - Bellwether (meal contains: dairy)Zone 4 restaurant - Mr. Potato Spread (meal contains: dairy, egg, & shellfish; gluten-free option available)Zone 5 restaurant - Blended Trio (meal may contain: shellfish & wheat)Zone 6 restaurant - Prati Italia (meal contains: dairy& wheat; gluten-free option available)Zone 7 restaurant - Blue Bamboo (meal may contain: soy & shellfish; gluten-free option available) Zone 8 restaurant - Bono's (meal contains: dairy, egg & wheat) Vegan option available A special thank you to: Drink partners - Coke and CGC Water Treatment & Plumbing Dessert partners - Seasons 52 and Mocha Miski Each attendee is encouraged to bring at least one non-perishable food item to the event to be donated to Feeding Northeast Florida, our regional food bank. FAQs Can I register more than one person? Yes, however, to foster conversation across all parts of the community, we ask that you not sit at the same table as your guest. How will I choose my seat at Longest Table? Attendees will choose their seats by food choice and are encouraged to sit next to a guest they do not know. What if I have a food allergy? While our food vendors have made accommodations for some food allergies, please feel free to bring your own if you require a special meal. What is the dress code for the event? Dress attire is casual. What time does the event start and end? Check-in opens at 5:30 p.m., and dinner will begin promptly at 6 p.m. The dinner will conclude by 8 p.m. Who should attend? All guests prepared to engage in conversation are welcome. Please note that this event is not well suited for young children. What if I can no longer attend? Simply go to your Eventbrite account, click on tickets, and select cancel. This will free your space so others may attend.
