Description

Walking in nature can boost your mood and improve your mental health. Spending quality time hiking in the forest reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression, according to a study done by researchers at Stanford University. This six-week hiking group will combine hiking with weekly mental health and wellbeing topics such as the power of positive psychology, the science of happiness, and engaging practice that will provide a break from the feeling of always being ‘switched on’.
