Join us on the first Monday of every month for a 1 hour long meetup. In these meetups we will be practicing meditation and mindfulness in order to set ourselves up for a successful month ahead. These events are available for all levels of practice and are not limited to anyone. We meet in Sunny Isles Beach at the 174th ST entrance that is in front of the Walgreens.
