This is an ALL LEVELS yoga class designed to tend to your mind/body/spirit as integrated systems.
This is a FREE class, but donations are encouraged to promote our eMOTION Mind/Body Movement Program. We have some yoga supplies, but feel free to bring your own as well. RSVP required if you need to use our yoga supplies.
