Description

Sound bath sessions are immersive experiences where participants enter a meditative state as they listen to various instruments played by a sound healer meant to produce deep vibrational sounds over the human body. Some common instruments used during a session include crystal bowls, wind chimes, drums, and a gong. This is the perfect opportunity to restore the mind, body, and soul while temporarily escaping the hum drum of the busy world around us. It's best to come to the session with an open mind and open heart. Yoga mats are provided by The Village, but feel free to also bring your own. Pillows are also recommended for additional comfort and back support! Tickets for this event are $15, with 20% of proceeds from sales of the tickets going towards The Village and their greater efforts in the Worcester Community.
