Please read the following prior to reserving a ticket! This is a free event. We are not charging entrance fees, but require everyone to register on Eventbrite for free.After registering on Eventbrite, please ensure to arrive at your selected time slot. Do not arrive early!!You can reserve a ticket for yourself, with the option to reserve FOR up to three (3) additional guests.In order to receive a free gift set you must: 1) reserve a ticket on Eventbrite and 2) purchase a drink order. (NOTE: if there are multiple people you reserved tickets for, you must purchase a drink for each person in your group.)After you purchase your drink order, please show your receipt to the event organizers and check-in to the event; doing so will confirm you as an attendee and you will then be able to receive your free gift set.Please arrive on time! We do not want to overwhelm staff. We also want to give every attendee an opportunity to enjoy the event, so please try to limit your stay up to 30 minutes after check-in.If you can no longer attend, please release your ticket(s) so you can give someone else an opportunity to enjoy the event! (NOTE: because this is a free event, we will not mail out any gifts to no-shows.)We will not be having any vendors, but attendees are encouraged--though not required--to bring freebies to exchange with others!Attendees are welcome to enjoy the many photo opportunities and activities in support of Jin! We highly encourage to take photos and tag the event hashtag at #OurWootteoJinVA.
