Description

In this Art Group, participants will be led by an art therapist through various self-expressive prompts. Weekly art group participants will create art based on topics to develop positive self-esteem and identity, promote self-advocacy, and encourage socialization. The engaging series will culminate with an art show. This group will meet from 2-3pm on the following dates: 11/13, 11/20, 11/27, 12/4, 12/11. ** Group met for its initial session on 10/30, and will continue for the remaining 5 session dates listed above. Participants are welcomed to join at any time! All art materials will be provided - Just bring your unique self! * this is not a therapy group.
