Description
An iphone update literally shut down my phone. I can't log in, use my apple ID and PW etc. Geek Squad and the local AT&T store couldn't help. I need to by pass the screen log in so I can re-set my phone, if that's the correct term.
I have my contacts and pics stored on my cloud and i tunes. I just can't log in
P.S. why would this posting be flagged?? What's wrong w/ the CL community? I'm just looking for help to get into my phone.
