Over the past year, Bloomington Health Foundation has been deeply committed to reimagining its future as we remain committed to empowering local community partners impacting the most pressing community health issues. For more than 50 years, we have aided our community in tackling the opioid epidemic, establishing a mental health crisis diversion program, improving food security, and devising innovative solutions to non emergency medical transportation. We are one of many problem solvers who join forces with other likeminded individuals and organizations who believe that in order to have a successful community we must have a healthy community. Join us on December 8th, as we celebrate recipients of more than $1 million in community support and share future plans to improve community health.
