What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay! • A fair review and opportunity for a raise every year • Monthly and quarterly maintenance bonuses! • Weekly pay for on-call whether you are called or not • 401k planning and pre-tax contributions • Profit sharing program after first year • Tool reimbursement program • Power tool battery exchange program • Winter boot reimbursement program • 20% off rent at any of our owned communities • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours • Amazing medical starting at $15.00 per check for a great, comprehensive plan. • Dental and Vision Insurance • Life and Disability Insurance • Paid additional training/school • Tuition reimbursement program • Yearly anniversary gifts • Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more What We Need: -Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority -Travel between our Lubbock properties to assist as needed -Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy -Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC -Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned -Exterior structural maintenance as needed -Assist in property grounds maintenance as needed -Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system What You Need: -EPA Universal preferred -HVAC preferred -Valid Driver's License and transportation -High school diploma or equivalent -1+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred -Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience -Light plumbing and electrical experience -Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers -Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
