JOB DESCRIPTION: The Warehouse Partner is responsible for participating in the operations of the warehouse, including all shipping, receiving, returns, or transfers in support of the Project Delivery team. In addition, he or she will work with the Procurement Specialist to ensure all specifications and client needs are met by proactively communicating operations teams.    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Control and manage all inventory ensuring security and access control at all times Create inventory spreadsheets for Project Delivery team Track equipment sent to team players and report to Talent department Track orders for timely delivery Provide logistics support for shipment and delivery of equipment ensuring project timelines are met Verify receipt of equipment  Coordinate return or replacement of equipment Run errands and deliver and pick up items Perform minor repair, maintenance, and install equipment in the office Be available for deliveries as needed Take responsibility for continual process improvement Represent Cielo values and the Cielo Brand at all times KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Ability to identify problems and evaluate solutions or alternate approachesExcellent listening skills Ability to use office computers and computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, PDF, etc. Ability to handle fast paced environment with changing priorities Professional attitude and demeanor Outstanding customer service skills Excellent time management  Please apply online with CIELOIT LLC at:
