Vinyasa (flow) is an empowering and energetically uplifting yoga practice with a step-by-step approach. This is a beginner's friendly practice to connect mind, body, and breath.
Structure of class :
The important postures (Asana) are crafted with various modifications appropriate for the level of the class. From the floor, you rise smoothly to the standing for sun salutations and a vinyasa yoga flow of more challenging yoga poses that will invigorate your soul. All our classes finish with restorative poses , ending deep relaxation (Shavasana) and short rejuvenating breathwork (Pranayama).
How we feel & experience :
We breathe in information through our sensory perception and distribute it to the mind. Utilizing awareness of the breath and alignment to prepare you mentally and physically for your practice.
Goal :
The goal is to adopt a complete yogic approach to health and well-being and to bring more awareness to the rhythm of life.
