Join instructor, Kimberly Terrell, Family and Consumer Science Agent with the Macon & Clay County Cooperative Extension Office, as she teaches the ServSafe course and facilitates the ServSafe exam at the EBCI Extension Office in Cherokee, NC.
Register by November 30th! Seating is limited.
Class begins at 9 a.m. and lunch will be provided. Exam will begin around 3:00 p.m.

* Participation in the course is still required.
Book and study materials will be available for pick up at the extension office prior to the course. We encourage you to review the materials prior to class, since you must pass the exam to receive certification!
* Certification is based on passing the ServSafe exam and satisfies the North Carolina food code requirement for a certified food protection person in charge.
