Sarah Nisse- Psychic, Healer, and Spiritual Teacher- will break down the time and place to use such cleansing herbs like Sage, Palo Santo, and Sweet Grass. She will teach you exactly how to use them-- or how to smudge yourself or your house. This practice is also useful in situations with negative people, hauntings, and energy hygiene.
