Twenty (+) years sure went by quickly and feels like a lifetime ago all at the same time! We are thrilled to put together an amazing evening for our classes to gather, reminisce, catch up, dance, and dine together! Please share the link and help to spread the word to fellow alumni to commit as quickly as possible. Here are some key details below: RSVP ASAP - We have an immediate goal of 50 attendees in order to secure one room at the venue (max capacity 100 people) by November 22nd., but we have the option to expand into a second room if we have a large turnout(100+). The catch is if we wait too long to secure the second room, it might get taken by another customer and we will be limited to 100 guests.Parking - This can be limited depending on the night. The venue notified us that, if it is a busier night, there may be a valet parking fee of $9/vehicle.Payment options - Eventbrite charges a small processing fee that will be added on top of the $100 ticket price. If you would prefer to spend a flat $100/ticket, you may send that via Zelle to Paul Fang ([email protected]), please include guest names when you do. Event cancellation procedure - Should the event be cancelled, the venue will retain its deposit and the remaining funds will be divided evenly by those who purchased tickets. We really hope this doesn't occur but the planning team also does not want to absorb the cost if something unforeseen occurs affecting the entire event. (Sorry, no nice way to put that lol!)Individual cancellation procedure - please reach out if you need to cancel. The deadline to cancel is January 13.Guests - Alumni are welcome to bring a guest! Teachers and faculty are welcome to bring a guest, as well! This is an adult only event. Attire - Cocktail/ Semi-formal Fun Stuff - The Planning Team is working on sweet final touches to make our evening memorable!Food and drinks - We are having a lovely buffet dinner with a cash bar.
