The Professional and Organizational Development (POD) Network in Higher Education has sponsored the Institute for New Educational Developers (INED) for the past twenty-five years to mentor new practitioners and facilitate excellence in practice among its members. The primary audience is persons in the early years of educational development roles. Participants will receive support from seasoned educational developers, have the opportunity to network with colleagues, create mentoring relationships with dedicated practitioners, and reflect on their own critical practice. Tracks will include the field of educational development, program curriculum, and pedagogy.
