Join the Latino Civic Association for our annual night of music, dancing, and community celebration, all in support of the LCA's year-round programming. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, tasty drinks, and Latin dance spun by DJ ha-MEEN! All are welcome -- todos están bienvenidos. The LCA is an all volunteer organization dedicated to serving the Latino community of Tompkins County by providing a platform for its social, cultural, education and civic expression.
