We are a Restoration and Commercial General Construction company. We provide 24/7 Emergency Disaster Response and General renovations and construction needs to Hospitals and commercial buildings. We are looking for an individual willing to learn and grow with the company. Experience with Construction is Required and experience working at hospitals or restoration company preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Seeking Individuals who like to earn overtime hours and are willing to work in response to some emergency jobs in evenings/weekends if needed. Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Asses Safety and Hazards Daily Maintain record of specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, fans, and air scrubbers for inventory and progress purposes Supervise the loading of work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies Assist and Direct team to Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services (Could be Nights or Weekends Overtime is paid) Utilize current technology to scope and document loss sites with Knowify. Qualifications Successful candidates must be responsible, independent and detailed oriented with a “can-do” attitude Experience in the Restoration Industry a plus, but will train the right person Drivers License with Reliable transportation required Able to work independently and as a team member Must be able to legally work in the US Able to occasionally lift and/or move up 80-100 pounds with assistance by team member Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred Must be able to understand and use current technology Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-26.00 per hour Depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour + Overtime Schedule: Evening shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Maryland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Supervising: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: One location
