His policies had nothing to do with the good economy. You might remember that it was the republican house that enabled the so called balanced budget and clinton wisely signed it. It was nothing more than smoke and mirrors since the fed debt went up instead of down. Bush was greeted with 9/11 when the muslims clinton let into our country to attack us acted on their intentions. Democrats decided to force banks and loan institutions to give loans to welfare queens. Bush went to congress several times to warn them what was about to happen but the dems paid no attention. They even claimed there was no threat, then the pyramid came down. Hard. The country was already recovering from the bank and loan failures when obamba was elected. Instead of allowing America to recover as it should have, he instituted polices that brought on the slowest recovery in our history. All Trump had to do was to cancel the obamba strangle hold on our economy and American citizens did the rest. Under President Trump America set records with our recovery. Trump set tariffs on goods coming from china and forced them to play by the rules. You might remember that we were energy independent under Trump with inflation at 1.4% when he left office. Biden turned that 1.4% an inflation rate well over 10 percent for both years biden has been in the office and gas from around $2.00 to almost four and rising again. It is hard to re write history so soon after most of us have lived it but still you try.
