We are a property management company and need a general contractor / building contractor to take a look at a house we are acquiring and give us a ballpark idea on costs to fix the house, incl. foundation, if necessary.
We don't need anything in writing. Verbal is sufficient.

The compensation is $80. We pay via Paypal, Cashapp, or check (your choice) upon receipt of the pictures via Dropbox or file share link.
