While we cannot promise no after-hours emergencies or weekend rotations, we do our best to accommodate a work/life balance with fair rotations of on-call shifts. Everyone shares the load here. Everyone pitches in when it is needed. No man gets left behind. Experience with emergency services such as EMT, fire fighter, volunteer police officer, overseas military, etc. prove to be very helpful, but not required, for candidates that might not have restoration experience. BENEFITS: Our company provides paid continuing education in restoration, full-time employment, medical/dental/vision, various supplemental insurances, 401K contributions/matching, 6 paid holidays (with opportunity for double time and a half if working those holidays), PTO and sick leave. Starting pay is $18.00-$19.75/hr. On-Call Bonuses for weeknights ($50/week) weekends ($75/weekend). After-hours job bonus for new losses after-hours ($80 per job sold). Pay is based on those that bring applicable experience/education.
