Hello. My name is Kaysen, I have a creative studio near Denver university that I seldom use and looking to see if anyone else was interested in booking out time for a creative space or office. I am willing to do daily or weekly rates/if you are looking for something more long-term I’d possibly be willing to split the monthly cost with somebody who wanted to use the space consistently. Let me know what your needs are, I am flexible. currently the space has two large tables that were used for podcasting, a photography backdrop, and some miscellaneous items in the room that I can move for any space needed
