Press release from the City of Mentor: January 8, 2021 Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until noon on January 22, 2021 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project: 2021 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: CONTRACT A – $970,000.00 ALTERNATE 1 – $112,000.00 ALTERNATE 2 – $375,000.00 INTERIM COMPLETION DATE: 6/18/2021 COMPLETION DATE: 8/20/2021 CONTRACT B – $417,000.00 ALTERNATE 1 – $45,000.00 ALTERNATE 2 – $33,000.00 ALTERNATE 3 – $35,000.00 ALTERNATE 4 – $105,000.00 COMPLETION DATE: 8/20/2021 Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below, or RFP's will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.
