Local Family owned small business looking for labor help with handyman tasks; Job details- Assist with lawn/landscape and snow activities on residential and commercial customers. Assist with remodel/tenant turnover activities that include; demo and removal, painting, drywall and texture, hard surface flooring, and basic repairs. Must have- good communication, ability to work independently or in crew, good effort, common sense, a safety first mindset. Not looking for- drunks/druggies Typical Monday through Friday first shift work except when snow falls. Weekends available if desired. 1099 position if paid over $600 a qtr Pay based on experience starting at $15/hr Call or text to apply and start tomorrow.
