Childcare needed for 16 yo with disability

Description

My 16 year old son needs someone to assist him in getting ready for school 4 days a week. He has Cerebral Palsy and needs assistance putting on his AFOs (foot braces) and shoes. He also needs help getting his breakfast. Then he needs help getting all the buckles on his wheel chair secured and getting out of the house without letting the dogs out. 7:00 am to 8:15am (when the bus gets there) $60 a week ($12 an hour) His grandmother has been helping him, but she needs to have spinal surgery on November 15th, so I need someone to start on the 15th. Usually Tuesday through Friday, but due to the holidays, the schedule is a little different. Additional hours may be available to take him out in the community afterschool, weekends, or on non-school days.
