Biologically contaminated furnace in rental unit

Description

Poor damaged underground ductwork has particles blowing throughout the air onto my food as I'm cooking and eating and into my lungs while it's running. I've had four hospital visits already in the time that I've been here. I have COPD. Doctor says I've never been so bad. Recently diagnosed with pneumomediastinum a very rare and possibly fatal disease and was told they may need to put an open-ended needle into my chest and or put me out to install a tube in my chest. That scared the hell out of me Ptsd so I declined. Fortunately I got better, but for how long and what next? Inquiring about the law. Passed by City and Wayne Metro community action agency inspectors several times. There is more to this story. Please advise if possible. Thank you
