Provides technical processing support for the manufacturing of extruded products. Participates in projects that develop and improve process changes of manufacturing equipment and methods for potential cost savings. Must have the ability to perform independent work, setting up, and adjusting multiple extrusion lines. Responsible for troubleshooting using a good knowledge of PVC Extrusion process and compound. Will require the ability to train extrusion technicians on equipment and how to perform the requirements of their position.   Requirements:  Minimum 3 Years In Plastic Extrusion Manufacturing  Oral and Written Communication Skills Ability to Manage and Train technicians Strong Mechanical Background
