Very chill cat with tower

His name is Simba. He's 1 year old. He's a very good cat. He doesn't run around the house all crazy. He's pretty laid back. Litter trained. Never jumps on counters or tables. He cuddles, when he's in the mood to do so. The problem is our dog has it out for him. He gets along great with other animals. One of our dogs, for whatever reason, doesn't like him and constantly goes after him. He's great with kids. He sleeps in my daughter's bunk bed every night with her. He just really deserves to live in a house where he doesn't have to worry about being chased by a dog. Serious inquiries only, please. This is difficult for us to do, because we love him, but we want what's best for him. A loving home, where he won't be scared. There is a $20 rehoming fee, but we will include his cat tower that he loves to lounge on. The cat tower is also a year old. It has an elevated main level with a cubby area, with a pedestal on top. It's grey and is in great condition.
