We are having 40-50 people over for twins 1st birthday upscale boutique style event: it will be majority adults ages(25-45 very lively fun crowd) celebration with food, alcohol, dj and etc. Currently I am super busy with my own job do not have time to plan this and organize it the right way. We really need someone to manage the entire event and staff. From food, decorations, ice, to day off whole event schedule. We need to have itinerary of everything that needs to get done prior and at the event 30 mins interval. We are-looking for a hardworking and responsible event and research with a "can-do" attitude problem solver. Spanish speaking is a big plus! Have experience with event planing and DESIGN. Event is this Saturday from 3-9pm. Please be available to come to meet us our house where the event will take place as early as this evening or tomorrow night to go over the details.
