Remove and Replace 2 areas of the Roof

Orange County requires that we remove two areas on our new shingle roof of 3 feet by 3 feet and then replace these areas once the inspection has been done by the Orange County inspector. We can pay by Zelle, cash, check or credit card. Unfortunately we will not be able to inspect from pictures, our inspectors will need to visually verify the deck nailing and underlayment. We’ll require a minimum of two 3’x3’ areas to be exposed to verify compliance. Let us know when you would like the in-progress inspection and we’ll coordinate a time with our inspector to minimize the roof from being left open for any length of time.
