Looking for someone with a handyman background and some HVAC experience. Approximately 30 hours per week. Full time could be available for the right candidate. Generally we work 3-4 days per week at 8-10 hours per day. We work one Saturday per month. The ideal candidate would need to have some basic experience with HVAC systems, comfortable with ability to climb ladders up to 12 ft, maneuver on rooftops, able to lift up to 50-60 lbs and maneuver up to 80 lbs. General good physical health. An EPA Type I - Type II certificate is required. This work is Primarily outdoor work. A good driving background is desired. Ability to pass a background check for the public schools sytem and exceptional attendance. We can't stress this enough. If your attendance and drive to come to work is only mediocre, please do not apply. We are looking for good employees who understand the correlation of outstanding attendance levels with production efforts and team goals. We work hard but have fun.
