The “Peace Queen” documentary highlights the story of Melannie Denise Cunningham, who was awarded the 2018 Greater Tacoma Peace Prize and rebranded herself, the Peace Queen. She was chosen as the Peace Laureate in 2018 for her life-long work toward racial reconciliation. Post screening community talk back - soulful refreshments will be served.
